It’s official! My cute, little 2 BD/2 BA ranch cottage is sold. I closed on it last month and breathed a sigh of relief. The most precious lady purchased it after recently losing her husband and wanting to live closer to her youngest daughter, who lives in the same subdivision as I did.

Now, Sean and I have redirected our focus to home improvement projects at his house. Currently, we have launched a major landscaping project. Over 20 trees were cut down and two large retaining walls are being built to control an erosion problem in the back yard. Rock is being laid on the foundation of the house, so there is no more concrete showing. And, we are having a fence built in the backyard for our two dogs, Tucker and Reo. Soon to come, we’ll have two large interior rooms painted.
