Well, Sean and I had a scare last night. I started bleeding for no reason, and I called my OB. She put me on bedrest for the night and told me if the bleeding subsided to come see her in the morning. So, it did, and Sean and I found ourselves back in the OB office this morning to find out if everything was OK. Talk about a LONG night! Anyways, I got checked out, and they did another ultrasound to take a look at things. The baby is very healthy, and the doctor got a preview from our little one, leading him to believe it was a little boy! Sean is very excited about that. It’s not 100%… we’ll get a better idea at our next visit in November. But the baby is healthy, was squirming all over the place, kicking up a storm, and had a very strong heartbeat. Apparently, the bleeding is still a mystery, but it wasn’t coming from anything to do with the baby, so we’re very thankful and can put our minds at ease.
